Gorditas Mi Durango

Finally a place that makes home cooked Durango MX. style food! They have flavorful meats for burritos, tacos, and gorditas.. The staff was friendly and worth wait for comfort food.

The food here is delicious! I have tried the tacos, gorditas, menudo, and the Birra tacos! Everything was soooo good and you get your money’s worth. If you want extra anything just ask and they will happily give you more. I’ve never had a problem, even with big orders. They are very nice and love their customers. Their food speaks for it self. Anyone that can cook like this creates special food that brings back memories! Every time I take a bite I’m reminded of home. Also, with COIVD and the pandemic don’t be quick to judge on 1 order. Your taste buds might be off wack! Everyone should come and enjoy the all the delicious flavors :) 1/10/2025- went back to my fav place for “authentic state of Durango Mexico” gorditas and food. This is NOT a Tex-MEX Food or Taco Bell. Don’t expect Lettuce, cheese, cream smothered on top of the Gorditas here. They are still delicious just the way they are and that is how Durango style Gorditas should be. The flavors are what you’re tasting, but if you want all that extra stuff go to a Tex Mex food spot and order loaded nachos! The average wait time was about 15 minutes. They have a lot of online phone orders for pick up which I completely understand. The gentleman there provided their number, incase I want to call ahead, which I appreciated their concern for my minimal wait time. The tacos were so good and the meat and fillings were freshly made. The menudo is one of my favorites here and every bite was worth my wait time! Thank you for making authentic fresh food from scratch.

Delicious, authentic Mexican Durango state seasoning, those corn gorditas rocks, my vote for red picadillo and rajas! Service is pretty quick owner so friendly.

If only I could give this place 10 stars. The gorditas are delicious. Definitely a reminder of being in mexico.

Delicious! Have came for years & the food has always been consistent.

Food ordering is straightforward, the wait time was short. I’m from reynosa and the Gorditas here are different than what I am used to. We bought Gorditas and menudo. The Gorditas were very good and the menudo came with garnishes that enhanced it very well. I’ll definitely be returning. Trying new food you really have to be open minded, it won’t be like your mom makes it. Besides the bad reviews I read I still decided to give it a try and will most definitely return.

Want great food? Come here, i honestly don't know how they stay in business with those cheap prices. My god i can't think of the last time when i looked at the receipt and thought "got them".

Great food! Menudo is bomb! They let you take your pots and they will fill it for you. Gorditas are very tasty

The gorditas de rajas con queso were just like my mom makes them and they are reasonably priced. The shredded beef burrito lists mayo in it, and at first I didn't know what to expect, but that avocado and salsa all blend into a delicious experience. I gotta wake up early for the menudo and give that a try.
